Mango Frappé

1 1/2 cups chopped mangoes
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 tbsp sugar (substitute with honey if desired)
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp vanilla
6 ice cubes

Process mangoes, milk, sugar, lime juice, and vanilla in blender or food processor until smooth.  Add ice cubes and process until thick and slushy.

Makes 2 servings
TIP:  Bananas, peaches or other fresh fruit may be substituted for the mangoes.  Frozen fruit may also be used.
