Mango Frappe

1 1/2 cups chopped mangoes
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 tbsp sugar (or maple syrup)
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp vanilla (optional)
6 ice cubes

Process mangoes, milk, sugar, lime juice and vanilla in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add ice cubes and process until thick and slushy.

Makes 2 servings.

TIP: Bananas, peaches or other fresh seasonal fruit may be substituted for the mangoes. Frozen fruit may also be used.
