- 3/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 medium cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
- Fresh mint for garnish (optional)
1. Add yogurt, cucumber, and blueberries to a serving glass cup or mason jar. Drizzle maple syrup and sprinkle ground cinnamon. Garnish with mint leaves.
