Living With Sjögren’s


Mocha Smoothie


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coffee (brewed)
  • 1 banana (medium)
  • 25 grams vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Poor into a glass and enjoy!


  • Best enjoyed immediately.  Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to two days.
  • No Protein Powder? Omit or add a few spoonful's of hemp seeds instead.
  • A nut-free milk can be substituted such as oat milk.
