Minty Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups Low Fat Coconut Milk (unsweetened from the carton)
  • 1 cup Frozen or Fresh Mango
  • 1/2 cup Baby Spinach
  • 2 tbsp Mint Leaves (stems removed)
  • 1/2 Lime (juiced)
  • 1/2 scoop Collagen Powder (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Extra Tips:

  • Use plain kefir instead of coconut milk for gut health
  • May substitute hemp hearts or plant-based protein powder for collagen
  • Serve fresh with cardamom seeds for added flavour
  • Add extra ice to adjust the consistency
