
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups Low Fat Coconut Milk (unsweetened from the carton)
- 1 cup Frozen or Fresh Mango
- 1/2 cup Baby Spinach
- 2 tbsp Mint Leaves (stems removed)
- 1/2 Lime (juiced)
- 1/2 scoop Collagen Powder (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Extra Tips:
- Use plain kefir instead of coconut milk for gut health
- May substitute hemp hearts or plant-based protein powder for collagen
- Serve fresh with cardamom seeds for added flavour
- Add extra ice to adjust the consistency
