Ingredients:
- 8 cups small cauliflower florets, stems trimmed
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- On large rimmed baking sheet, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, turmeric and pinch salt and pepper.
- Roast in 475°F oven until browned and tender, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
