Ingredients:
- 3 cups coconut water
- 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:
- Using a blender, blend all ingredients on high for 1 minute.
- Strain through a fine-mesh strainer to remove ginger pieces. Serve over ice.
