Ginger-Lime "Dry Mouth" Tonic

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups coconut water
  • 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Using a blender, blend all ingredients on high for 1 minute. 
  2. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer to remove ginger pieces. Serve over ice.
